About Grand Rounds

The Department of Geriatric Medicine is pleased to provide Grand Rounds on the second Monday of each month from 12:30-1:30 pm on a variety of geriatric related topics. Grand Rounds is intended for doctors, nurses, and other allied health care professionals who provide care to geriatric patients. If you have interest in presenting at a Grand Rounds, please send your topic proposal and CV to Miquela Ibrao at

CME Credits

Continuing Medical Education credits and Certificate of Attendance will be provided to individuals who attend in person or via live ZOOM and who complete an evaluation. CMEs are not provided for those who watch our previously recorded sessions. To participate please register.  All attendees requesting continuing education credits must complete the online evaluation.  If you prefer, you can submit a fillable PDF which can be emailed back to

The Hawaii Consortium for Continuing Medical Education (HCCME) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Hawaii Consortium Hawaii Consortium for Continuing Medical Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
